The Quiet Creative
The Quiet Creative was founded by Sophie O’Regan in Co. Cork. She is a photographer and mindfulness practitioner. She makes wildflower cards, prints, postcards and calendars in her studio in Ballincollig.
Sophie’s vision is to share her love of nature & help others to notice the plants and moments of beauty around them – in turn practicing a form of mindfulness.
