Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date of your order being placed.  We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

Items should be delivered in Ireland within 2-3 working days after dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact us using our form or email julie@wrappedinkindness.ie and we will look into this for you. 

We want to make sure your Wrapped in Kindness parcel reaches you safely so we use a tracked delivery service via An Post with the following rates:

Republic of Ireland  –  €3.50 FLAT RATE /  FREE SHIPPING on orders OVER €40

Europe – €14.50 – 4-7 Working days

We want to be transparent about our costs and assure you that we do not make any profit on shipping costs. 

Note we are NOT shipping to UK/Outside Europe at this time. However, if you are looking to get something delivered outside these areas, please contact us at julie@wrappedinkindness.ie and we will try to accommodate this for you. 

We don’t include receipts or invoices in our deliveries. These are sent by email when you place your order. 

Note Wrapped in Kindness is not responsible for any customs charges that may arise. These are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, using our contact form or via email to julie@wrappedinkindness.ie stating the reason for return. 

After the notification of return has been communicated to Wrapped in Kindness, please return your items to us within 14 days (of notification) to the following address:

Any returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. You must include your order reference with your return and the items should be sufficiently packaged to reach us safely. 

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your claim for a refund or offer a partial refund in its place. We also recommend that you use a registered and tracked service when making your return, as we cannot take responsibility or offer any compensation for lost items without proof of postage. If the above conditions are met, your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has taken place and make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any refunds on pierced earrings, unless they are faulty.
